Marianne Musgrove presented certificates in Auburn on September 11 as guest judge of the 2011 Max Fatchen Literary Awards.

Ruth Starke was on the affirmative team for ‘ That books are so yesterday’ Great Debate at Writers at Wirra Wirra, Sunday 11/9. Peter Goers was Chair, so her team lost. Ruth’s short story ‘A Time For Many Words’ was a $3,000 prizewinner in the recent national competition conducted by Writing Australia for National Literacy Week.  www.love2read.org.au. Congratulations, Ruth!
